Brisbane Cruise Terminal ( Hamilton Wharf )

Door to Door Service

Sun-air operate shuttle transfers to meet every P&O cruise ship arriving and departing from the Brisbane Cruise Terminal ( Hamilton Wharf ) and provides a door to door service to holiday accommodation and private residences to all suburbs of the Sunshine Coast*.

Schedule

For passengers embarking on their cruise from the Brisbane Cruise Terminal, Sun-air arrive at the cruise terminal at 12 noon. Pick up times from your accommodation are advised when making your reservation.

For passengers disembarking from their cruise at the Brisbane Cruise Terminal, Sun-air departs from the cruise terminal at 9:15am when all pre-booked passengers are on board.

Please note that some services may go via Brisbane Airport.

Transit Stop Service

For the budget conscious traveller. Passengers find their way to any of the shuttle transit stops, located on the Sunshine Coast as follows:

  • Noosa Transit Stop (Noosa Parade Bus terminal)
  • Coolum Transit Stop Southbound (Bus stop 100 meters North of Coolum Surf Club)
  • Coolum Transit Stop Northbound (Bus stop outside Coffee Club)
  • Nambour Transit Stop (Bus stop directly outside the entrance to Nambour Railway Station for North and Southbound passengers.)
  • Forest Glen Transit Stop (Southbound at the Bus Stop Directly outside Horseland. Northbound at the BP Service Station.)
  • Mooloolaba Transit Stop (BP Mooloolaba, Brisbane Road)
  • Aussie World Transit Stop (North side of Ettamogah pub front entrance)
  • Caloundra Transit Stop (Caloundra Bus Interchange – Cooma Terrace)
  • Caloundra Tourist Info Centre (Caloundra Road)

Upon arrival at the Brisbane Cruise Terminal, please contact Sun-air on 0413 613 630 to confirm your transfer details.

On exiting the customs area, please proceed out the doors and to your right to the 'Airport Transfer Bus Stop'.

A coachtrans or Sun-air representative will be waiting to assist you with your forward travel arrangements.

The Sun-air bus is due to depart the Cruise Terminal at 9:15am.

Please note that this service may go via Brisbane Airport.

Conditions of Travel

If your travel plans are altered it is vital that you notify the
Sun-air office. We cannot guarantee pickup to or from the Cruise Terminal unless advised of the new cruise times.

BAGGAGE is limited to two suitcases per person.
Excess baggage $7.00 per item. Max 20Kg per item.

FOOD or DRINK are not to be consumed on Sun-air buses.

SMOKING, Drug and Alcohol consumption is prohibited on Sun-air airport shuttle services.

REFUNDS will be subject to the following fees:
Cancellations over 24 hours prior to departure will incur a $10 minimum cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure - Nil refund.
Failure to board - Nil refund.
Please note that our minimum cancellation fee is $10.

DELAYS Sun-air will not be responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to overcome the problem.
